The lighting could use some work but its a very nice image.

Dotun Ayodeji: lol, Stan the lighting is exactly what I was going for. I usually shoot my portraits like this and I agree it's not everyones taste. Even lighting for me is flat and gone with the old, I do this only when I am doing beauty shots or maybe a kids shoot. Not sure if you are familiar with studio ligthing techniques, but my lighting here is a slight variation of Rembrandt Lighting. My subjects was lit from the left side and a reflector was used to kick in just a bit of light to on the right side. I find that when I shoot like this, it gives your portraits more dimension than if I shot this with a narrow, butterfly or broad lighting. Keep visiting I have some images lined up with some dramatic lighting.

He looks remarkably composed for someone about to be devoured I think the light might be a bit strong, but it is certainly an attention grabbing shot. Good work, as always!

Dotun Ayodeji: Thanks Martin, but exactly what makes the light too strong? I don't see any blown highlights in this shot, going a stop over will deepen the shadows.

Very interesting lighting, I just wish we could see a bit more of the left eye. Also without the woman's face, the arms almost seem to be a sexual beast trying to escape from inside him. As if his thoughts were about to devour him while he attempts to play cool.

Works for me, Dotun. Your lighting accentuates his in-your-face bravado...or, is it cock-sure-ness, as in "Whose body has this woman got her hands on anyway"!
Best of all is the wonderful crumpled right coat sleeve.
