photoblog image Monument again!

Monument again!

Ok, you guys are making me do this, I did not intend to post this today but I can assure you this will be the last monument shot for a while. Some said yesterdays Jeffersons shot looked unreal, so does this look like the monument was inserted :) Well here is another one again shot shortly after yesterdays, as you can see the clouds had just disappeared.

I like the unusual coloration - really unique.
Dotun Ayodeji: Thanks Red Pen, no color correction done just sharpening, glad you like it.
Looks really good, Dotun! Exceptional lighting.
Dotun Ayodeji: Thanks Kay!

I like the way that curve looks like a path leading to the monument. Nice as always.
Dotun Ayodeji: Thanks Kemi, I am glad you like it.
I conquer with Kemi, two for the price of one. I like the sidewalk's smake like curve, leading to the monument...great job. Your blog is becoming a favorite!
Dotun Ayodeji: Thanks Ade, i feel very flattered.
Don't know why you should take a break from posting monument shots. I mean this is simply awesome. One of my favourites smile
This is a very good shot, Dotun!

You continue to capture some of the best pics of these monuments I have ever seen, Dotun. That's saying something!

Oi, i like this composition and am glad you didn't keep it away from us. Another excellent and a monumental picture.

When comments say something about cut and paste and it is not true, remember you were there and keep on remembering it. Lucky you felt to post this 'proof'. Now we can see this excellent picture.

The speed and apperture you used and the fact that these monuments are highlighted should be taken into account.

I want to say its perfect but the monument looks kind of blurry. The lines kind of fade into the sky at certain points. Why is that?
Dotun Ayodeji: Tolu, not sure, it doesn't look that way here. It could be your screen. What kind of resolution do you have monitor set to?

I love the movement in this. Simple and direct, and gorgeous.
Dotun Ayodeji: Thanks Ruth.
Your like a one man ad agency for DC Dee. Still I do like the shots you produce, maybe you should send them to the mayors office so he can pay you for trying to get tourist back to the city.
Dotun Ayodeji: lol, thanks Johnny.

I'm wondering how long it will be before you upload another monument shot, despite promising to yourself that you won't wink

This looks mystical, amazingly well done
Well done bro.
Awwww, this makes me miss DC! Just for a second though tongue Brilliant shot.
Dotun Ayodeji: We will be happy to have you back smile
Awesome
